No, I attempted to renew the discount with them back in November 2022 but they failed to show any interest or even respond. Ink Express, Ink Experts, Xpres & Listawood are all currently offering discounts.
Can I pay using my credit/debit card, it sends me to paypal every time I try to pay
Yes, it will take you to PayPal but you can use a card without signing up.
