Is a signature an advert ?

In reply to hints and tips no.2 - adding a signiture.
If I add my website link to my signature line - am I not contradicting the request not to advertise ?

no just put your details in as your signature -lots of us do, if you look at the bottom of our posts

No problem with you putting your website addy in the sig line James :-) You can pay me for advertising if you'd prefer :wink:

Only getting started, but don't want to 'p' people off from the beginning by going against the flow.

Have a site (in my profile...yes go look :-)) :
New years resolution 1: Will have to update it before adding it.
New years resolution 2: Subscription here - lets see how comitted I get first - Not against it. Some great help here.
