I was wondering if anyone knew where I can acquire stickers to go on the base of the mugs I produce, with my logo/details and 'dishwasher and microwave safe' printed on them. I am starting to get my mugs into shops and feel that this would give them a more professional look.

we do this, and get Chongsta (member here) to do them.
I have had some made by a couple of members here. Mine weren't specifically for dishwasher proof but they do pass the test :-) You can also find companies on Google that specialise in very high heat proof stickers, I've sampled these before and they're excellent.
