Hi, I just draw round the metal insert, then scan the drawing for the template.
They aren't much more than a rectangle so just create a working space the size of the metal plus 3mm for a bleed around the image.Quote:

- Measure from left to right, then top to bottom
- Created a page in Photoshop at those exact dimensions (at 300 dpi)
- Add guides on all sides you'll always know the exact area for the print
- Measure the various apertures (camera, mic) then the distance they sit from the edges
- Placed a box that size on the page and move it to the exact position you'd measured
- Once you've done all the apertures, alter the canvas size to make it 3mm larger on each side for bleed
I just did the same thing myself as a test and it took me 2 minutes and 12 seconds. At least that way you know that you're getting it done properly rather than relying on someone else's work.
