I am puzzeled at how p**sed off you are .....
is it any different than if you could have 2 alternative orders:
20 mugs in a single order
20 individual orders each of 1 mug.
same amount of product, but a F*** difference is work and admin and carriage and organization.
Give the suppliers a break. YOU - the buyer has the power, - YOU can choose, - just like YOUR customers can too .....
If you want convenience, - go to F***ing tescos.

and dispatch does too.
once you get to post anything more then an envelope .... its a carton.10 quid,
or spend £150 or £250 or whatever and get transport for free
processing any order has a cost, and so does transport. If your supplier is unfair, - complain DIRECT to them, and/or dont use them
what do you waNT? - cake AND eat it ...
