Great review, will take a better look at the pics when I'm not on the Blackberry, sounds like you're doing ok! Interested to hear about cooking times and consistency of print over time.
Yep, nice review, I'm really considering wether to buy one soon, do I buy straight from china and save a few hundred pounds or do I buy from Bms?
If something goes wrong with machine will BMS give a 12 month guarantee?
Thats a good review. I was wondering what times and temp you have used. I have been using 195 for 9mins on my machine. Have not experienced any greenish hue though.
i have added the video to the main post! also the issue with the image being green might be due to ICC profile. I will be testing again today after my demo with deconetworks. I will print 10 cases and give everyone a idea of consistency. i am pressing 2 phone cases at a time at 192C for 9 Mins 40 Secs.1 case at 9 mins.the china supplier sells replacement parts quite cheap and can be easily replaced.
Can't find video?
Hi, tried to find the video but couldnt. Can you post a link? Will you be trying film? I have on mine but cannot master it yet!!
Regarding the jigs, i had jigs that were made in this country and they seem ok. i have ordered others from china like the ones you posted and asked about.

Yea i definitely looked at the difference in prices. The supplier i am with does not provide warranty unless it arrives broken and not working. The difference is that they can actually supply you parts which are modular (can be easily swapped in and out). They have prices for the vacuum pump, filers, silicon covers, motherboard and more. Basically if you can tell what is wrong with the machine, they can send a replacement part at cost. They are not expensive at all. The most expensive part is the vacuum pump which is $75USD and motherboard being $30USD. Rest of the stuff is under $12 to replace. I am definitely ordering 2 extra parts for my 3 machines (just 2 sets) so that i can fix my machines if anything goes wrong. I am not sure how best subs handles warranty. Guessing is like pay for shipping and they replace it kind of thing. BTW this thing weighs a butt load, just the machine is 40kg. Shipping would wreck any profits and such (worse if they make you pay for shipping back to you). It all depends on how you view it. I am going to be ordering around 2 - 3 more machines in a couple of weeks. If anyone wants one as well let me know so i can order an extra 2 or 3. My forwarder in china should be able to separate the shipments before loading them onto the plane. Up to you really. There are definitely advantages to buying from a reseller like best subs. But i like to save money XD.

I am cooking them one and two at a time. I find that if i set the temp to 193*C, the temperature will fluctuate around 180 to 200. But i live in Canada and it is quite cold in my place. For one phone i cook for about 9 Min 10 Secs. BUT for some reason i find doing two cases at 9 Min 40 Secs gives a better finish and final product. Tight wrapping is soooo important i find. If it is even a bit loose you will get bad images and color.
To Everyone Else
So i am getting a factory to produce custom phone cases for me which are of higher quality standard. I really hate the ones people are selling online and at suppliers. They are all for flat heat presses with the metal inserts. Here are some images of 1st samples produced

I have to order them in a bulk of 1000 each phone model (3 phones in my situation ergo 3000 cases T_T) Since i am a new starting business this will be pretty painful to buy. Was wondering if anyone would be interested in splitting the purchase with me (like you 100 cases). That way if my sales do go up i can always order more later. The inner silicon piece can be any color. Material outside is a something called RFS plastic which is apparently quite strong. Will probably cost around 1.2USD each case. Let me know if you are interested so i can send a sample to you (you pay for shipping and item cost!!! i'm poor!) Also just as a note, i won't say how much but it cost me more then $1.5k USD to make the mold for this case so you will definitely be saving if you share an order as i won't charge you for the mold making since it belongs to me T_T.
Video has been updated on the main post! Please don't make fun of me T_T My background is Chinese so i have that slighhtt azn accent and also it was 3 am in the morning and like 2*C in my place meaning i had a sniffy noise!
great work! thanks for descent videos! love to see more coming out of this machine.
