lower the temp to 180 degrees and up your time 180 seconds.
Make sure the press is set on Centigrade.

I have now set press to 240 and for 180 seconds and still the prints are dull.Quote:

what kind of paper are you using bud ?

are you printing on the right side of the paper ???????
...and is color enhance off?
paper is kalon temp set at 180 degrees time 180 seconds, image printed via photoshop, printer set to photo, plain paper, printing the white side.
They will be dull on the paper until heat pressed.Quote:

it is a 5 in one machine and unsure if it is Fahrenheit or:redface: Celsius, i put it at 180 and for 180 seconds as told on here, but still no joy so i upped to around 300 as i thought it must be Fahrenheit and for 180 seconds and cracked it.Quote:

Well thanks for that info, if it is in F and not C then 180C = 356F. But if it is 'not broke then don't fix it' comes to mind.
