Thanks for all your replies.
We use 185 ° Celsius ( same for our press) and keep 15 mugs 18 mn in the oven.
After many tests we found that waiting 10 mn before taking the wraps off was a good solution , we can take off the wraps immediately and wait 10 mn for th paper which is more risky.
It looks like the sublimation process doesn't react exactly like with the mug press , hope this helps for other oven users like me.
I paid 780 € for this mug oven and it's a real good machine , you can put 20 mugs in the basket but i prefer to cook only 15 at a time .
I've had this recently with some MDP mugs. Holding a ruler against the side of the mug reveals a slight bulge so the paper cannot fit properly.
