Listawood sent my replacement mugs today - and they look spot on. There'll always be errors in business, it just happens, I make plenty myself - but I think it's how mistakes are dealt with that...
I think this could well be the case - I'd rather they just told us they were out of stock (Like everyone else!!:frown:) the coating is good though, they print really nice and sharp.
I've had very mixed results with Listawood in the last week. I ordered 72 AAA 11oz mugs - first box - pretty good, a few defects - one chipped but generally ok, these were sent double boxed and then...
A valid concern - my last 2 boxes from different suppliers have been really poor. The last box especially is awful and they'll be going back - looks like a box of rejects.
I use sublisplash ink on jet stream mug paper, pressed in a Freesub twin press.
I was thinking my press was on the way out, but it turns out it was just bad mugs. These are the best I’ve had since...
Just an update for anyone who may be interested - my latest box of Rhino coated 11oz from Coralgraph are excellent. Well packaged so none are smashed - no imperfections and they're printing great....

I can have a run where everything goes smoothly for ages, and then can get a dodgy batch of mugs and have no end of problems. I think it's worth sticking with though, as when it's going well there...
I'll give them a try next - I've always gone for AAA mugs - Listawood claim theirs to have ''Zero visible defects or inclusions. Popular with photographers, designers & artists" I'd question this...
I am also looking for guidance - Ive used DyeSublimation Supplies Orca mugs for the last year which have been very good - but they've not been in stock for a while and I had all sorts of issues with...
I have had the dual mug press since August - worked fine to begin with but recently the temperature has become erratic. Can jump to 200 degrees in a second (i have it set to 175) - resulting in...
Thanks for your response Brant, I think that's the most bemusing thing about the poor dark blues - that the rest of the colours are absolutely bang on - perfect. I have had a slight improvement...
Morning all,
I've been registered on the forum for a while but this is my first post...
I thought I might as well share some of my experiences of sublimating mugs for the last couple of...
