OK I'm only second order today
Unfortunately the jacket is black so subbing is out of the question.
However if in doubt read the specs on the product, its cotton flex on polyester.
I am a muppet of the first order.
I have a jacket to put a logo on it is 93% polyester and 7 % elastain which vinyl should I use.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
It was just an idea that we came up with as I can cut the paper to the right size with nice semi-circular cut out to go round the handle so the only problem I have is clamping it tightly under the...
Does anybody know of a way of sublimating a mug all the way round including between the handle.
The reason I ask is I have a customer that is very interested in this.
I have an idea how I can do it...
Maybe not the correct place to post this, so if the admins want to move it then BAH HUMBUG. :frown:

I love your Tom Baker and I too would be interested in buying this sort of thing for use on dye sub products.
I personally do a lot of motorsport related printing, so if you ever decide to do any...
Moisture content was certainly an issue with the wood I used, it was a bit like being in a sauna at one point.
However I think it proved the point that it is possible to sublimate bare wood,...
I have had an enquiry from a prospective customer about printing tax disk holders. As this is not something I do, I wondered if this is something anybody else on here does offer
Ok, so you know somebody had to try this. I spent more time trying to find a suitable piece of wood in my shed than actually playing with the setup, but here what I have.
I used a piece of old...
Hi Richard
I am fairly new to the world of Dye Sub and this is something I am interested in. I have seen various sellers on ebay selling a coating for treating items in preparation for printing....
I have just taken delivery of my first batch of plates and I am very happy with the results printing the centre part of the plate, which is all my press allows me to do.
My question is does anybody...
As I said I am in the early stages of this business, so i expect to make mistakes. The good news is I have done 96 mugs today with a variety of prints, with a total of zero mis-prints.
I think my...
The biggest wastage was due to not getting enough heat into the bottom of the mug which only seemed to be a problem with one back ground, but this was cured by filling the mugs with hot water and...
No problem I saw his post before it was deleted.
I was thinking that 4% was good but what do you guys think is acceptable wastage.
I was just wondering what percentage people factor in when quoting for bulk mug printing.
I have never really thought about it too much as I always thought it would be what it was.
Today however I...
OK just placed my order with Sublimetals, it was better than I first thought as all their web prices already inc vat.
Many thanks for your help guys
Cheers
Mick
Thanks guys for suggesting sublimetals I think i will give them a go, their prices are a little more expensive but their postage is more down to earth.
Yes I realise I have a highlands and islands postcode but it doesn't cost £15 to get something that small to here if only people would realise that it is faster and cheaper to used royal mail.
It is...
Can anyone suggest a cheap source for aluminium subli sheets with a white finish. I usually use BMS, but their website insists on trying to charge me £15 postage even though in the top corner it says...
