How many degrees is your arc?
Have you got a link for the Amazon tape? Subliblanks didn't give a date for their tape.
How did you get on with that Amazon tape? Any staining on mugs?
£2.65 plus vat for 10mm, but it's a £100 minimum spend. And there's a possibility it could be the same as the MDP tape.
I was about to order 10 rolls. Is it showing 'in stock' on the website, but they've no actual stock after you ordered?
I've tried looking for that tape elsewhere with no luck. The Xpres tape is...
Are you sure the colour is 100% RGB Black? If it's very dark green for example, it will be applying loads of coloured ink.
I don't know what you are trying to print onto, but have you tried...
Buy an oven! 12 mugs in twenty minutes. Perfect top to bottom printing with the right mug.
OK great, I'll send you a pm.
Interested. Did you buy this from new? What kind of inks have been used in the printer?
I test the handle in my ear and listen for any movement. My rep was here a couple of weeks ago and I told him to sort the outer boxes out. They are now sending them in strong double sized boxes....
I've just bought 5 rolls of blue MDP tape. It bloomin' stains the mugs! My recommendation is for the blue tape from Neil Brothers or Subliblanks. Xpres tape is ok, but a little hard to cut, it's...
Must have been. Same here now!
Xpres appear to have a buying limit in place. A maximum of two boxes!
It's been a while since I've printed a 5013 mug, but they went into the oven for 19 mins, when an 11oz Orca would need 20m 30s and about 22 mins in winter. So the coating is very different. Haven't...
What exactly is your issue with black prints? What paper are you using?
Same here...96p incl VAT per mug. Nice.
I received a sample of the Xpres 11oz mug last week. Advantages over the MDP version: it has a warmer white ceramic and has no logo on the base. Annoyingly, my sample had a dimple on the coating...
The longest part of coaster printing is removing all of the static MDF dust from the coating side. I was half tempted to buy a Dyson hand dryer to save that time!
Smash them up and use them in the bottom of plant pots with your compost on top. They are great for drainage.
I would have this issue with the ink experts paper when I used it a few years ago. Printers can be fussy about certain papers. Wipe your rollers and all around the inside with a J cleaning cloth to...
Just an update if anyone was remotely interested! But the oven worked fine for a week again, then wouldn't start up properly. Bought a new Blizzard....the motors run very smooth and quiet in...
I recognise the Subliglaze product photo. It is Solejuice.
https://solejuice.com/collections/sublideck-film
and the VAT!
Very impressive printing on that OCE, but when does a £30K machine make a profit with cheap coasters? The slowest part of printing coasters is cleaning the dust off them before printing. A Dyson...
I took the front and back off to see if anything was blocking the motor. Gave it a good dusting, but everything seemed to be moving freely. Put the oven on full blast and burnt off all the dried ink....
