Do you glue the aluminium to the acrylic sheet.

I presume it is sublimation ink in the black and not normal by accident.
What printer and brand of ink.
It will take a lot of printing to pull the new black through, print several pages of A4 black on ordinary paper to draw it through.
Are you printing black as 100% K or is your black CYMK.

Just printed several square meters of wide format media in the last 5 hours looked at the actual usage and calculated what I would have used if I continued to print 35 square meters and it worked out...
Plus the transfer paper, electric, time, wear and tear..... ummm expensive production costs.
STAY WELL AWAY from Max3 it dries too quick and blocks the heads, Also problems with media adhesion as it dries so quick it has not got time to bond you need to use media that is designed for Max3.
Yea great if it's just going on a display shelf..... not so good if you actually want to use it as a mug.
loads on the bay..... if it's for garments make sure its OKI and original toner ONLY.
I went to TMT stand on both days and got the cold shoulder feeling.... very off putting to say the least. Listawood were most welcoming.
