Looking for a sawgrass virtuoso sg400 printed for a customer - tried to talk in out of it and go for epson but he is having no of it - so just wondering the best place to buy for after service price...

Hi Socialgraffe, It might be worth checking the settings on your Epson - i had same setup - Epson now uses about 1/3 of what the sawgrass used - just a thought...

I Had the same problem with sawgrass a couple of years ago - making mug printing a no no - changed to a ink express epson wf- 2630 and there inks ... results are excellent still running like new.....

Hi rgarner, the link is not the way to go.. dye sub is ok for short runs .. the way to go is source your blanks and lithos separate .. use your employees to decorate them .. my fully decorated mugs...

Mate - why dye sub for the amount - just ceramic print - ££££££££££££

With regards to the inks out of date, who did you purchase the inks from?...

I did agree.. print quality is good - but not that good..

Customer service in UK is very bad...

WILL NO HONOUR WARRANTY - just keep saying - would you like to buy more ink....
