I have a problem with my mug press. The heat platen has some crumples, and one of them makes me a problem. After pressing the mugs there is something like a blur, or this spot doesn't...

The only problem isn't the cotton base, but also the type of sock. Those are football socks (if you stretch them, they reach to the knee) and they have horizontal black stripe in the top.

I spoke with them yesterday but unfortunately they don't have this type of socks.
