I've been looking into this as well... plenty of options but I think direct payment is the best approach as well. I'd get your ssl certificate sorted soon. Took mines a few days to work out the...
I presumed it meant you can't tell just looking at them.... so get them tested.
Do you have the car magnets already? Vinyl stickers?
What size is the box? I'll have a look at how much a courier would be.
I'd be happy to help out. Will need to see a cost for you.
How many would you be looking for?
Might be easier for you to get someone closer I imagine? Quite far away.
We had the exact same problems. A least 2 boxes of mugs from Magic Touch wasted using an eBay mug press. Moved to Xpres mugs. Slightly better but still high wastage. After P&PLive (speaking to...
Wait.. Think that was the wrong link. Let me have a look...
Depending on which ones you might find them here -

I've never had a proper look through them. There's a JPEG section as...
Natural screen printing looks a bit like witchcraft to me.
Entirely based on printing acetates. Sounds nonsense.
I did miss one of the co's in my first attempt.
As I'm currently making 15x t-shirts cut from 123 Flex. This machine would be a saviour. Not to mention the design would have plenty more detail.
That's what I though. Single colour. There's a supplier just next to who can print the screens. Set up becomes only a few hundred and screens can be collected on the same day.
Just to find some...
Talking of Screen Printing. Anyone use Goccopro?
Looks very simple.
Now on Xpres (that was the wow style mug they do). The plain white work better.
Just some small issues if the print is a couple of mm from the bottom.
The Magic Touch ones were started with...
Very nice... Might get two.

Will try that later and let you know how I get on.
Ah... Just leave the top sticking out?
I tried preheating... Was difficult to attach the print to a hot mug.

We will be there Sunday and maybe Monday!
We're in! And now I need to type more because my message was too short. That ought to do it!
Cutting down is fine.. Although watch out for the ghosting. Blank sheet of paper wrapped around with it? Would be harder to line it up.
The size is pretty handy and will make life much easier.
I won't comment on the size issues ;-)
Oh... Very nice! The cost might flush the colour out of you ;-)
