Nope :-)
They had a bucket load of mugs turn up that were not to their usual standard. you could not print edge to edge (vertically) and if put against a brilliant white mug they looked a bit off...
I agree, had one customer send in 14 boxes for me to print and found them to be spot on. So much so that had a sweet order of 2808 units and decided to get Xpres mugs as there wasn't much difference...
Signzworld is th eonly one I know that sell 11oz mugs with a box. I use them for promo stuff and they are alright. Not the best, but you get what you pay for.
Although I have this oven I would not print bottles in them. I print bulk so normally a hundred or so at a time and I still use a dedicated tumbler press from Ink Experts. There is a review on here...
That will be your printer/print settings. Did whoever purchased the printer from supply you with all the recommended settings for good quality prints?
Pretty much as you say.
I am not sure on that particular press but you can put the mug in at around 175 degrees. The temperature will drop as the mug is colder than 175, but will start to climb...
First thoughts would be to try a different supplier and see what happens. Not sure if MDP import their own or purchase them from a UK seller so I would advise getting some from both XPRES and...
Wow, that is an old one :-)
Not sure you will have much luck, I am not 100% sure, but I think that machine originally came from Sunfly in China so might be worth sending them a message.
aha, I can see your issue.
Not sure that there is anything that is going to suit TBH. DTF is still 15 seconds and although a hot peel, you still need to wait a few seconds. You could try T.One,...
Is there a reason it needs to be clear?
Reason I ask is because both vinyls you have mentioned act the same way as "normal" printable HTV. Siser have a vinyl that works at 120 degrees so it might...
Interesting and thanks for this. Not that I want to sell but they keep popping up on my FB feed with some pretty good offers on sublimation blanks. Always figured it was a bit iffy, but obviously not...
Are you sure its the press and not the printer?
As JMugs says, pictures would really help in attempting to solve your problem
There are only cons if you want to use shrink wrap bags for mugs because of the handle.
They have their uses for items such as bowls or full wrap bottles etc, but not for mugs

Each design requires its own EAN barcode and yes each box needs a barcode on the outside. They also need to be in smash proof boxes, or something pretty sturdy at least. If they think the box is not...
I can not answer most of your questions as I do not sell on Amazon, but I do supply a company with mugs that they sell. What I do know is that Amazon change the storage facility a lot meaning one...
if I were to do shot glasses at any sort of serious level I would consider a silicon mould designed specifically for the job and then a vacuum oven. Links to both items below:

Most mug presses from reputable suppliers will come with a standard 10/11oz blanket. However you will see that most will have a larger blanket for the 15oz mugs. If you call the supplier you choose...
I presume you have looked at the standards... Graftyp, MDP, Metamark etc. etc.
If so then I would suggest giving your machine supplier a call as they know more suppliers than anyone :-) If no...
If you want a direct print I can do this for you, I print thousands of lighters for a few of heavy metal groups. Drop me a DM if you want to know more.
