Thanks pw66 Im using 100% Polyester garments, where the manufacturer suggests pre-washing before sublimation or HTV.
From your experience does this help alleviate issues too?
Hi, i know this is an old thread now, but may help others for future ref, I have had similar problems.
What has helped me so far is using Teflon Pillows similar size to the print you are trying...
They do, do a clear vinyl that does what you have suggested socialgiraffe, but that would mean having to cut out a separate layer first for the coloured base vinyl, then cut out another separate...

Hi webtrekker, I have already checked MDP, they dont offer reflective in garment vinyl, the link you sent is for self-adhesive vinyl, but thanks for the suggestion.

I managed to get some White Blockout HTV, but waiting for some new Gold HTV and another brand for the T-shirt, but Im also hoping someone in the forum may have also had experience of these issues?

Hi All, I have had some issues recently with some heat transfers I have used after they where washed (although I did wash the garment to the advised guidelines for both Vinyl types, under 40 degrees...
