Nope, rock solid I'm afraid, even the pressure washer won't shift it. I'd read about thinners doing this but took a chance. Maybe something stronger might shift it but the stuff I have isn't doing...
Thinners etc. Does a good job but its 'setting' the emulsion in and ruining the mesh. I have a specific chemical which the supplier said to water down 1:1 but results so far aren't good.
Recomendations for removing inks before stripping emulsion please.
