I don't own one of those ovens but "heat is heat", I guess. I can't imagine you would ever want the fan switched off when in use, so I'd just keep it on.
13 mins at 180 seems a bit short to me,...
If it's the Blizzard (or similar) we are talking about then I print 16 at a time (two trays, 8 on each), set the temp to 170 and print for 20 minutes. I start timing from the moment they go into the...
I saw that but no space at the moment and I know far too little about UV printers to contemplate it (but great if you know what you're doing I suspect).
When your blanks are closer to 10p than 50p and with the volume to get that money back.....
Hi
I'm looking at putting together a system for UV printing coasters. We dye sub them at the moment but the potentially lower cost of blanks and the relative ease of UV printing is drawing me to...
I'd guess it's the motor. I don't think the thermostat would even control the fans (they will just be activated when the power is on), otherwise they would be dipping in and out when the element was...
Thanks for your response. I'm not sure if can be easily removed (maybe someone else does?). It can certainly be "tilted upwards" so I can get a cloth underneath. Maybe I just need to give it a...
Hi
Anyone got any good approaches for resolving a clogged printhead on a SG400? It's purely the black that's affected, about half the print head is just giving me nothing. It's been on the whole...
Hi
I am looking to sell my Epson SC-F6200.
I bought this machine second hand with an CR Motor error. It required a new CR motor, which I replaced, and gave it a damn good clean and it now...
I'm looking at printing placemats but the thought of sorting out bowing is putting me off slightly. Did you find this is a reliable solution over time - does the nipping press relieve the bow...
That's exactly what I'm looking for, many thanks!

Hi
Does anyone know where (if at all) I can buy "tacky" sublimation paper on a 44" roll?

Gary
I'm really impressed with the F6300, as Justin said, so cheap to run and very reliable - I can leave it running overnight and come in to 120M of prints all waiting for me. We have been printing tea...
Hi
Justin mentioned he had two VJ628 printers. I bought one of them but I'm now selling it myself, if you're interested. I've bought a F6300 and so this is surplus to requirements.

I'd second that, very impressed with their service!
Thanks for the info. I've since started using "Curious Newt" and so far have been very impressed with their service!
Hi
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I've got basically the same setup. i.e. an Epson and an Adkins 1.2m Rotary press and so hoped you guys might have some insight for me.....
We are...
Hi
Is there anyone on the site offering the printing of direct to film transfers, I'm looking to have some made? If you offer this can you PM me please?

I'm looking to acquire a rotary heat press. Anyone:
1.) Have one in working condition they are looking to sell? Ideally a 44" but would consider other options.
2.) Know how much I would be...
Hi
Does anyone on here run a mug printing/drop shipping business?
We print lots of mug volume at Christmas but have another line of business that we could tap into but don't at the moment...
Okay, so I'm as equally as confused as you.
I would definitely reduce the height of the paper so it doesn't extend above the top of the mug to see if that helps (can't be any worse right!). If the mug "rim" sticks out then I would guess that...
Then it isn't that then! If only it were easy eh?
Does the 98mm stretch from bottom to top then? It's just wondering if you "come in a bit" at the top to avoid the paper getting "stretched" between any high points on the mug (i.e. if it curves in a...
