Hi there
I have an enquiry as to whether it's possible to print a black and white logo on a 3rd party product. In this instance a travel mug.
The client has already purchased the product and is...
Thank you Peter very good of you to say so.
It means a lot especially when you have put in many hours of hard work in creating the templates.
Hopefully I can offer more designs in the new year...
I create my own work using Illustrator and photoshop but I am far from a hardcore 'Graphic Designer' I create designs to help the likes of you to get off the ground or help boost an existing...
I could be wrong but judging by what's on the printer I would say you are using standard bond paper and not paper specific to sublimation.
Also do you know if the ink cartridges are sublimation...

Before you change the ink, I would push up the temp to 180 and increase the time to 180 seconds and see how you get on.
Let us know how you get on.

That's ok, it's all trial and error in the early stages but this forum is fantastic if you have any questions.
I would always go through the cleaning process of any printer like Nozzle check, head...
What has been the time distance between the two? Could be a combination of things.
Has the faded mug been taking from a cold environment?
I would first check ink levels and then try and bump up...
