    Ricoh error code

    Getting error code sc 28113 on my Ricoh printer
    Less than a year old
    Any tips anyone
    I have emailed bms where I purchased it from but need it working ASAP as HAV mothers day orders to get done

    I can confirm your email has been received this afternoon and someone will contact Sawgrass tomorrow to find out what this means. A similar question was posed on the DSF previously here:

    i would recommend you wait for a reply from us before messing around too much but you could check for any residue of paper in the printer in the meantime.

    I have checked paper tray etc there's nothing in there. Thanks look forward to hearing from u tomorrow

    2811 1/2/3/4 is an Ink supply timeout, 3 is the Yellow ink tank in the print head. so its not feeding ink from the cart to the head, perhaps a blockage. The only suggestion from Ricoh is turn Off and On.
    If its a problem with ink supply it will need all the pipework replacing and probably the print c head/carriage unit.

    I suspect this is terminal, check with sawgrass.

    Well Ricoh say it's because sublimation ink has been used. Lol. That's wSt I bought the machine for. Now about to take it apart and have a look. Seems I've nothing to lose since Ricoh wash their hands of it xx

    Maybe because Sawgrass have got their own printer coming out, even though it is a rebranded Ricoh. When they are updating the drivers they are sending out an error message as well.

    they cant wash their hands of it if bought from a sawgrass approved dealer and used only sawgrass ink and its less than a year old then sawgrass must honour the warranty under their own terms and conditions
