We'll need more info :-) What paper/ink are you using? What are you pressing on to?

What graphics software are you using, do you have an ICC profile for the inks?

I just bought the same printer after having the wf3010D which is an ok printer but started banding and couldn't clean the heads. Anyway I struggled with this 325xp for about 15 mugs well gutted. Finally obviously printed using matt and high as usually and in advanced changed the colour setting from Epson vivid to rgb and at moment seems to ok so give that a try if you haven't already

Yuo don't want Epson Vivid or RBG ... you need an ICC made for your inks used in this model printed, ideally with the type of sublimation transfer paper you're using. If your ink supplier can't supply one, then you'll need to get one made.
