Hi Shortygal507 could you please point me in the right direction, I have been struggling with my SG2100N since the day I turned it on. Where is this XPRES profile you speak of?

I have installed an ICC profile from Sawgrass on my SG2100n and followed every step, double checked and then printed multiple prints.

Colours are still way off, black and grey comes out a tint of green/brown and all the other colours come out darker than anticipated.

Something else that I noticed is that all the prints come out with a printed blue/grey background the full size of the page.

I have had the best result using the settings provided but selecting glossy paper instead of inkjet.

I think the only way to resolve this is to get a custom ICC made up, I would have paid more for a SG3100N if the seller was honest with me about the capabilities and shortfalls of the 2100 but now I am stuck with it.

How does the process work and what is the cost involved? I assume I need to print a specific colour chart with specific settings and then press onto a 100% polyester fabric and ship it off to someone?

Once i have finished this batch of Ink I will rather order elsewhere, but for now I am stuck with the ink and limited to what I can design.
