Not yet, I was tempted when they first came out but haven't had the time.

You're better off with their double one about the same price, someone on here said it was plastic but its not its metal I have one and its pretty good, bar the display which is too glary and hard to read, but that could be my 40 odd yr old eyes.

Just for info...on BMS Facebook page they are asking whether people would like a their Basic DF1 Genie mug press £79.99 + VAT or the Ricoh 3110 with ink for £199 + VAT on Black Friday. Everyone up to now has said Mug Press. Even though I have bought a couple of new mug presses recently, I would definitely take BMS up their offer of a Genie MUg press for £79.99
    Cheers

The pneumatic is terrible, or at least the one we got in is. AFAIR the max temp is 195, and no matter how long we set the timer, or how much we preheated the mugs, we could not get a decent print - not just not near the extremes of the mug, but even in the main body of the mug, the prints weren't fully sublimated, so looked too faint and washed out compared to a standard mug press. Was really disappointing, as I loved the idea of them, and would have bought in another 3 or 4 immediately if it had worked well. In the end we bought in 4 of BMS' DF1+ Genius to replace our aging set of other Chinese presses (and the oven which didn't work out in the end)

I didn't expect these to work too well but was interested to see the pneumatic function.

The pneumatic side of things works really well, but I don't have an infra red thermometer to know if the blanket just isn't getting to temp, or whether the pneumatics don't give enough pressure, or where the problem is, which is a shame, as if they worked, they'd be a fantastic product.
