    Sawgrass SG400 Printing Problems.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here would be able to help me.
I recently bought a Sawgrass SG400 using powerdriver and it came with paper but when I am printing black it looks like its putting too much onto the paper and running.
I have attached some pictures so you could see.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes brand new only a couple of weeks old. Weird thing is it doesn't happen at all using cheaper paper.

When you select print are you printing to PowerDriver as the printer rather than the Ricoh? It may be worth a call to TMT in the New Year to get their settings but our SubliClassic + paper is made from the same paper mill as this paper and we don't change any settings when printing on to it.

Been using it through the powerdriver using the exact settings TMT has said.
I'm thinking about buying some trupix from bms now do you think it would make that much of a difference?

Using the trupix setting through the powerdriver.
Tried the picture at 300dpi and 1200dpi and end result is the same.

Managed to get hold of some trupix classic this week and the problem doesn't happen with the paper. Will be sticking with this in the future :P
