Thin Unisub (similar to credit card metal)

Is there such a thing as the above, would need to be coated both sides, and the same thickness as the Alu credit cards, or even double sided white metal.

You can get double sided metal..... just can't remember where. Might have been Novachrome but most suppliers should have access if the quantity suited. As for a plastic type version, I don't think there is any as the temp used doesn't allow. The frp might be available in a bit of a thinner size but don't think I know of very thin stuff.

Re: Thin Unisub (similar to credit card metal)

The normal metal is 0.5mm thick and one sided coated. We have some 0.22mm thick metal but we'd need to check to see if it is double sided coated. It's white both sides so there's a good chance it is double sided, but can do a test print next week for you.

Would this be what you're looking for, or too thin?
