I used to have a chinese mug press. had it for about a year and hated every minute of it. mugs were cracking, got the blanket replaced 3 times and it just wasn't consistent.
Got my Galaxy pro about 6 months ago and its completely changed my mind on mugs. I used to hate them but now its so easy. i dont have any that go wrong.

Im happy I changed, its just a better build quality and Soooo much more consistent outcome.

got mine from Get Sublimation if it helps, they gave me free delivery on my kit too ill dig out a link. i really cant recommend the press any more, its amazing.

Mine doesnt look like the one in the video tho, think the ones in the video must be an older model.

i know that. But you get the cheap chinese models for like £60 or something. Galaxy being a branded model i don't consider it chinese. because its actually built well but yeah. Still chinese, but quality build.

you got the "galaxy pro" @ £200+ vat,

then this "galaxy" @ £115 in vat and del...looks same machine as the pro version to me, but the pro one has extra green plastic eye candy

BOTH made in china, both branded GALAXY, 2 very different prices

yeh the gs-201 is the model before the 202
but what the hell is one paying £100+ MORE for the PRO (202) version, just to get a extra bit of green bloody plastic eye candy ?

not tried or even seen the gs-201 model. so don't really know much about it. guess the same principal applies tho, good brand good build quality. Let us know how it goes. Have you done many mugs before with a different press?

hi bud....yeh, well seasoned here lol.
been using Bms DF1 press for yrs..only now the blanket has giving up on us....could have got a new blanket for it for around £52, but decided wanted something new ..just for a change of scenery here

pity the handbook is bloody useless
yeh we can set time n temps fine, but unlike the DF1 mug press, we cant figure out how to set a idle temp setting....yet
or even if we can with this machine....
think google will be getting hammered today for info

no i wasnt colour co-ordinating with the green cloth lol....it was just there ;)

edit...wonder if thats one of the diff from this to the pro version ? setting idle temps, beside the extra green fancy plastic bit on the ass of it..ohh..and a ball instead of a black flat thingy for adjusting
