Grainy Background On Epson SC F6000 Using Wasatch Rip

After accidentally upgrading to Windows 10 and now restoring back to Windows 7 I have lost some of my setting for my rip.

This background colour is now grainy and has a textured look but it is a solid colour on my photoshop file. I have been using a Wasatch Rip.

I have made sure that it is at the highest quality but the problem has not been rectified.

    Thanks for your help.

I have the same setup as you, although I haven't tried windows 10 !! It sounds as though it's probably a printer driver issue rather than the wasatch. Did you restore windows 7 from a backup (i.e. you're sure you have the same driver)?
