    Angry ORCA Mugs (latest batch)

Just received my latest batch of m
    ORCA Mugs from Birmingham..

Used boxes of these mugs and found them to be very good and excellent colour transfer and very vivid results.

Thought there was something wrong with the most recent box and I had already done 6 when I noticed the handle on this one, checked them out more and some even have the handle on upside down lol.

Guess who will be getting a nasty email tonight and follow-up phone call tomorrow.

Trying to upload image of squint handle

Had plenty of those wonky handles also. Out of four boxes i ordered, at least a third were off angle.

May I ask, what are your cooking settings for the Ocra mugs? Mine are coming out scorched.

170 degrees for 120 seconds in a pneumatic press works for me, but everyone will be slightly different,

I tried 180/180 but colours were going wrong, blacks turning brown, blue turning purple etc

    Thanks Disky

Looks like a bit of testing needed.

I normally do 170 for 170, then during the week had a bit of a moment when I realized I had printed a box full of mugs at 170 for 70 secs...... they were fine! Most confused.
