    Black not Black on my mugs

    sawgrass 400 printer,mug press heat 346 for 210 secs the black is coming more grey/brown than black , any suggestions please. no problem when pressing other items. Many thanks , just done and order for 4 mugs and they all come out same with the text

    To me it seems that the blacks are burning which means too long in the press for that particular mug. Temp should be 356 (180c) and try 160s first then 180s.

    thank you will try that, there seams lots of ink still left on the paper
