    Hi Mugshots
I use my old Epson and it is working fine, almost fool proof, and I am following the guidelines as recommended - print, Coat, Press 45 secs,

Prepress garment for 5 secs, get it absolutely right, and place the printout in one movement, you cant move it, at all - the ink remains wet and will smudge if you move it - cover with Teflon sheet, and press , allow it to cool and just peel off, I have had excellent results from day one with this - would like it cheaper but hey ho !

I wanted to be able to print on cotton, and this pretty much does the job - I am using pretty much cheapo inks - again I wanted to try it out, and will deffo move up to see if I can get crisper images, but to be honest, these are good to go !

will post some images later, let me know how you go on - you could try posting BMS, also on this thread.

Just a quick thought, you are printing, coating, pressing - you cannot allow the ink to dry, not tried it but I'm wondering if that's your problem as BMS warned me about it - you must press asap !!

    Sublitocotton

    Hi

No- Corel Draw (x7) no special settings, just import / create my images or text and print out to my Epson 235, powder coat and press - sometimes it doesn't need to overly complicated !!!

Try BMS, sounds like you need the experts.

maybe your dye sub inks ??

Glad you got it sorted !

I bought a canal cruiser recently and printed the logo on to a T, really simple and brilliant results !!

    Good luck !

Cruiser, as opposed to a Narrow boat !!

the missus is trying to coax me into retirement, bought this a few weeks ago, gutted the inside and just putting it back together ;-)

She see's it as me relaxing, I see it as an ideal advertisement for my vehicle lettering and T'shirts !!!
