Black print coming out brown on mugs

    Hi
I'm using Ricoh SG3110Dn with Sawgrass Sublijet R inks printing on Jet stream paper,Coasters and Mouse mats come out perfect but when using the same design on our mugs the black is coming out brown and striped. The other colours are fine, We have tried different temps and times and pressure but still can not get a true black, Any advice would be appreciated

Thats the press we use and the mug we are playing around with, the darker line might look black but its brown. but it is darker than we have had before.
