I'm looking at the colour purely from an artists point of view as i have no experience with sublimation at the moment. Is the paper in the picture used? I agree it does look on the green side. But if its used then that will explain it. I assume is uses black too, Blacks are usually either brown or blue based depending on manufacturer, so it's probably a blue based black. Again adding to the green shift but i thought it would be a lot darker.
If the colour is coming out green then i would say magenta is missing or else it would be orange. Cyan (blue) and yellow make green so I would say that the magenta is at fault but I would also check the black due to the lightness.
