I saw your other post somewhere, but I'll post my reply here.
I don't own an ST3042, but I have printed mugs successfully (top to bottom, handle to handle) in a normal kitchen gas oven at gas mark 4 to 5 for 10mins.
Initially, I had much the same problem as you, with faded print along the top or bottom of the mug depending on which way it stood in the oven, and always on the edge opposite the handle.
The solution, for me anyway, was to make sure the edge of the silicone wrap did not touch the oven shelf as the problem seemed to be the wrap lifting ever so slightly at the point of contact, resulting in less pressure at that point. It does this opposite the handle because the clamp tilts the mug. In my conventional oven i make sure the wrap is level with the the bottom of the mug (or the top, depending which way up you stand them) and that the end of the clamp sits in the gap between the wires of the shelf, so that the mug sits level.
In a vacuum oven, maybe try standing your mugs on spacers (stacked coins or washers might work). Worth a try in my opinion.
