Enough to keep Polaroid busy....

Lol, yes, the marketplace is flooded with Polaroid products, I guess chasing everyone down keeps them busy!
I see the trademark covers them for 'similar' looking images that 'may' give the impression of a Polaroid print. Surely if you change from the typical shape to a normal shaped photo image or square they can't do anything about that?

"Logo design: Squares ; Two quadrilaterals, one inside the other"
Don't put them inside each other. Put them adjacent to each other.
Early part of last year I had a retro design with a Polaroid camera on it, they insisted I pull it. It was because I mentioned "Polaroid" in the description, it wasn't even in the title!
I pondered how on earth they could enforce it, but really haven't got the time or money to fight it.

Anybody noticed the irony that ebay use the polaroid image when there is a listing with no picture? I know it doesn't infringe on the trademark classifications, but surely it points to the trademarked image being close to generic...
So would this be acceptable? Surely they cant protect every rectangle? lol.

That's inside another quadrilateral.
