    Application tape or carrier tap

    Wonder if anyone can help?

I need to get my images that I weeded to come off the transfer paper without picking them up with my fingers. Is there any type of masking tape i can apply it to and then heat press onto the garment to keep all the single letters lined or will it the damage my transfer?

If this is for textile vinyl then yes you would use a transfer tape usually available from the same supplier you bought the vinyl from

If this is t'shirt vinyl that you're cutting on a plotter - why do you want the letters to come off the backing paper. Before cutting the vinyl, reverse the text/image on your computer, or cutting program - cut, weed, then turn the sheet upside and press directly onto the shirt.
