What kind of a business is your business

Just a quick poll to see who is printing for a Hobby, Charity, Beer Money, Club/Association or professional business.

Interesting to see where the majority of the forum members are based.

Re: What kind of a business is your business

i wonder if "part time business" might have been up there, as some people feel what they are doing is a business, rather than beer/pocket/holiday money, but they do it on a part time basis, while still having a full time job. my bank manager will confirm that this is the only business i have

    Good response so far .

Mrs Maggot - what I meant by Professional business is a one that is ran with books kept, invoices issued and taxes paid at the end of the year etc. This can be full or part time.

    Cheers John

We have ours both in paper books and on the computer - which is rather a good thing given that our first accountant was very sloppy and we're still trying to get the books back today. That said, I only ever did get one bill from him. ;)

I was thinking & wondering if any of our new members would like to add to this post that John G started back in November.

Would be interesting to see some more results on this poll.

    Thanks

Part time business to run along side my signage business which is also part time. My full time job is a bus driver, for my sins:)
