Just sorting out the supposedly late deliveries that tracking shows were not, so messaged ebay for a call back. Instantly the phone rang and sorted.
I shall now go and lay down to recover.

Did they sort it favourably? I have had one lady who has been a right PITA ebay let her open a late delivery case, even though the shop was on holiday ?? very odd way of doing business.

Hi Mrs Maggot
They did indeed sort it favourably. I was able to show that the late deliveries were not true as everything was tracked. The articles being at the sorting office waiting for them isn't something they can blame me for.
Do you mean your shop was on Holiday but you had left it so as they could order? If so I was caught like that a few years ago.

yes, I had left it so they could order, ebay settings said that seller was away until 2nd January, but the case was opened 2 days after they had purchased the item on the 27th and ebay let them open a non delivery case, most odd, but I have spoken with them, again, this time with someone who seemed on the ball, and they have indeed sorted that one. One lot of neutral feedback also being sorted, as ebay can see he has fibbed on his feedback (complaining of late delivery when he was moaning to me about the item he had received 2 days after it was posted)
