    Mug Press "E2" error

    Hi Guys,

My mug press is showing an "E2" code when I switch it on. It's happened about ten times.
When switched off and on again it clears, but I assume it's going to conk out at some point, if I don't find a fix.
    It's a J-Trans machine.
    Thanks for your help.

Does it display an E2 error when you unplug the blanket from the control box and switch it on? Seems to me that the blanket is on its way out.

    Thanks Webtrekker,
Just tried that - displayed E2 with blanket unplugged, then worked fine with blanket back in. So maybe the control unit/thermostat?

The E2 error code is shown when the blanket is not connected/ poor connection or there is a fault with the blanket.

Many thanks bms, just waiting on suppliers to get back to me. It still works but I expect it will stop (working) eventually.
