    Cardboard jigsaw puzzles

Hey guys, everytime I sublimate a cardboard jigsaw puzzle and I am removing the paper from it after pressing it, it somtimes (most of the time) sticks to the sublimatable layer and peels it back while I am removing the paper so I have to be very careful.
Do you know what is causing this? Is it the moisture in the puzzle? I pre press them for 10 seconds on 190c before I sublimate them.
I haven't ruined one yet but I am just waiting for that to happen, any tips you guys have for me?

    Re: Cardboard jigsaw puzzles

Someone posted about this before. I think it was because the puzzle was delaminating. Once paper is removed, press again with a sheet of silicon over the top to flatten everything and allow to cool.
