    Thermoshrinkable Foil Wrap

Does anyone know about this heat shrink foil instead of silicone wraps? To use on bottles/ceramics etc in an oven

I can't find any UK suppliers, only seen it as below on the Polish Bestsub site. There's a video there of it on a roll, but the site is only selling it in cut sheets (too expensive at from 22c a go). I'm wondering if a roll would allow you to try all sorts of product shapes and sizes without having to buy a silicone wrap for each item. Also once you've got the hang of quick even heat shrinking, will it save time wasted wrestling with wraps.

But only if it actually works and applies the right amount of pressure from shrinkage only?
Could it handle handles, or only smooth sided cylinders.

Shipping's a bit high to just buy a bit to test from below, although I will try to get some.

Has anyone had any experience of it, or know if a UK Supplier? Thanks!

Socialgiraffe posted recently about this and had a decent result, including a handle print. Although it will mould to complicated shapes I would imagine your prints would be restricted to areas of single curvature.

I got a bucket load in and I think it works well.

22c is not really that much in my opinion although I agree, a roll would be better.

Thanks socialgiraffe - you're right, I was thinking in terms of the additional cost on a small item, but hadn't really factored in the cost of instead buying and replacing all the different types of wraps.

And of course the magic number of time saved (and reduced annoyance in fiddling around!)

Can I ask did you get it where I think you did - and the different types listed, does it affect what you can use it on, or are some just a bit longer?
