    Very interesting. We also needed a way to do the taller thermos flasks in the oven so this looks like a better option. Although they are out of stock of the thermos size sadly. Will order some when we place our next order with them. Thank you!

    check out the brown mug wraps from Longefort.

    When I began with mug wraps I used to use the green ones and it cause me stress - fiddling about getting the latch through the handle and then have it unlatch itself in the oven as the temp went up :)

    The brown ones let me sleep at night :) A hook and eye at the top and bottom. Quick to put on and take off.


    and shhhh don't tell them but on a couple that have worn out with heat stress I've just cut some baking silicon down to thread through the fixings :)

    Sorry these will not work as the enamel mugs have a lip so the bar in the wrap would hit it.

    You could use a silicon wrap in your press to bring it level with rim and even the pressure I do that on the sparta mugs and Steins.
