Bought A3 printer, keep A4 or sell?

    Hi guys

I’ve bought an Epson 1500w printer, once I’ve got going with it properly, do you think it would be worthwhile keeping my A4 printer if I can do it all on my Epson?

My A4 is a Ricoh 3110 using Sublisplash. It works perfectly and has never let me down, but it would free up space and funds.

Has anyone done this in the past and regretted it? Or was it the right decision for you?

    Thanks everyone

Keep it, at least if your A3 has a wobbly you can still keep doing your smaller stuff.

I've had issues with my A3 printer in the past and kept most of my orders shipped with my trusted A4 printer.

Even reliable printers can get a head clog which can take a while to sort out and clean.

Prices I've seen for a working, pre-owned 3110 range between £75 to £150 at best. My advice would be to keep it. Think of it as insurance.

Turn it back to normal ink and enjoy the best office printer you will ever have. I have exactly the same setup

Hi Mike :-) I would keep A4 and use it purely for mugs. Buy precut mug paper for it and so no need to keep swapping papers between jobs. Also means you can print mug paper and A3 jobs at the same time. That’s what we do!

What's your precut mug paper of choice? I'm about out of my standard A4.
