I agree. It is illegal in France for employers to contact their employees out of work hours. Should be in the rest of Europe too.
Smart phones are becoming a pain. I hate getting emails from them because people use them like they would a text message. At least a proper email is generally compossed in a coherant manner.
Last week I had 13 smart phone 'emails' from a customer over a 8 polo shirt order. All one line messages, that could have been dealt with in two emails. Then, after all sizes and quoting had been done, the 14th email asked for a change of artwork.
Maybe they should start charging for emails.
