Hello Group. I've bought a few folding sublimation fans to try. They have given some instructions:
https://signzworld.co.uk/shop/sublim...r-bamboo-fans/
Description: These traditional foldable sublimation fans are perfect as gifts or for decoration. Both sides are fully printable, allowing you to create fantastic personalised designs.
We suggest removing the white polyester material from the wood while you press and then simply put back into place and secure with the supplied double sided tape.
Note: Time and Temperature settings are for guidance only
Features
- Material: Bamboo, Polyester Fabric
- Size: 8″, 10″, 13″
- Print on both sides
- 0.5mm Thickness
- Time & Temp : 190 C For 50-60 Seconds
My question is . . . do I press the fan itself first in order to flatten it before applying the design to ensure it transfers properly? Or will that ruin the "accordion" like properties. Has anyone done these and can offer some tips?
