17% ink left but Ricoh GX 7700N won't print.

First time user. Hope I got the right place! I had 17% ink left in one colour in my GX7700 when it said "Low Ink" and would not print. Is there anyway I can use that residue? Tks for help. A Pom in Aus!

Uhm, usually when the Ricohs show Low Ink they still last a long while. Is it still showing that warning? Can you view ink levels?

Still shows the warning so I had to replace ink for new job. I could not get round the "low Ink" sign. Is it possible to override the low ink so the remaining 17% can be used and how is this done is my problem!! Regards.
