Personally, I just use standard 80gsm paper that you would use in a printer/photocopier. Works for me.About to try my first mug in a halogen oven but have a question... so you wrap design around mug, secure with heat tape and then do you use some kind of backing paper between the design and the heat wrap? If so, what paper do you use? I know you can use a teflon sheet for t-shirts, but what paper (if any) do you/must you use for mugs between the design and the wrap? Just hope I've got something lying around I can use as itching to give this a try. Many Thanks

I use normal cheap printer paper but you can use butcher paper or other stuff as well, its just to protect the silicon from getting dirty because of the bleeding.About to try my first mug in a halogen oven but have a question... so you wrap design around mug, secure with heat tape and then do you use some kind of backing paper between the design and the heat wrap? Thanks all, did my first few today just used normal printer paper and they have turned out perfect :) Thanks for the help.
I have watched videos on the internet about using Halogen oven and some do it without a silicon wrap and use shrink wrap instead. It looks like normal paper but don't know where to get it. I thought shrink wrap was cling film so am confused. Does anybody know what I can use?
