    Guillotine for cutting sublimation metal

Can anyone recommend a good metal cutter or guillotine for cutting down sublimation aluminium sheets that are 30 x 61cm?? It needs to be something that can fit on a table/desktop.

Can you do large volumes with precision on the 3 in 1?

Yeah, there's a back stop you can set to cut the same size.

Wouldn't a CNC router do the job better. It would even round the corners if necessary.

Chromaluxe is a tricky beast, not helped by the quality of how it coated has gone down noticeably over the years, and the coating chipping and peeling off a lot more easily now after cutting and forming into products.

In terms of the finish of Chromaluxe (and other aluminiums) after cutting - if laser cutting aluminium, it will leave a burred edge on the bottom of the cut, which needs sanding off, and for any machine cutting, if you want to keep the cut piece in good condition, then it's good to leave it connected to the outer sheet, which will then leave a tag that needs sanding down too.

Apart from the machines linked to above, we do have some smaller hand cutting tools, sanding files, and a drill press.

I did consider CNC, but the price looked better for what we needed to have more manual machinery, and the corner/box bender, and the curve bender on the 3 in 1 machine really appealed for some of the products we have planned to make

I have one of these, made in US
It has an adjustable stop and also an optional stop which slideson the table so you have the option of back and front stop.
    It cuts without leaving burs.
Although Mastergrave sell it I bought mine from Printequpment in Germany as it was cheaper.
