    Coasters bubbling

    Hi folks

I've just had a delivery of coasters which I've started to print using 185c med pressure 60 seconds, as soon as i lift the press they start to bubble, I've never had this before or used these coasters, they are from a different suppler to my usual one which is BMS which have all been spot on (unisub coasters)

Which Supplier?? Have you spoken to them. They may know of an issue and offer a refund.

Subliblanks is the supplier, I have tried to call 5 or 6 times, managed to get through once, also sent an email but nothing back so far.
I went for them as the clock was cheaper than my other supplier and coasters were around the same price as the unisub from BMS

Email Chris Bridges who is one of the directors.
I’m sure he will sort this out as I’ve always found him very responsive and happy to sort out any issues.

Is there a clear vinyl film to peel off before you print?

No there is no film on these, i checked before I pressed them.
I pre-heated them 3 times on either side, this was advice given to me by Chris from the company, said it could be down to moisture in the coasters, the pre-heating helps a lot so it saved me a few more wasted coasters to be fair.
