    Glossy raised finish

I am sitting in the pub watching the rugby and most of the shirts have a raised emblem/logo. The Scottish shirt thistle is very glossy and raised. Is this a transfer we can purchase or only through the shirt manufacturing process.

I must have missed that one. Always buy hot flex from them but never look at the range.
